  • We accept payments via Paystack, Transfer, and other approved methods.

  • Orders are confirmed only after payment is received.

  • Zags Beauty reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (especially if fraudulent activity is suspected).

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 24–72 hours after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on your location (typically 1–5 business days within Nigeria).

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of skincare products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for opened or used items. However, if a wrong or damaged product is delivered, kindly contact us within 24 hours of delivery for resolution.


6. Skin Sensitivities & Allergies

Please perform a patch test before full application. Zags Beauty is not liable for any allergic reactions or skin issues caused by misuse or failure to follow instructions. Consult your dermatologist before introducing new products to your skincare routine.
